Was able to squeeze one more session in before all of the leaves were gone. Take a peek!
Frank “FJ” Juarez, owner of Frank Juarez Gallery in Sheboygan, WI, gets his logo, designed by AS Graphic Designs, tattoo’d on his arm! What a great tribute to such an inspiring and esteemed organization that Frank has built! The logo was taken from our originally designed, “EFFJAY PROJEKTS” gallery logo. Frank requested a circle and star around the initials to complete the look. The minimalistic design implies a powerful, motivational and inspiring message.
FJ continues to lead and live up to his motto, “EXPOSE. EDUCATE. ENGAGE.” through various community organizations and events…Read More Here
CSS, HTML, PHP galore! This is a website that I put together earlier this year for Impressive Windows & Interiors. Owner, Jill Ragan Scully is a vibrant and talented interior designer, decorator, consultant and business person. She wanted a website revamp that was fresh, sophisticated and inviting to clients. Her existing webpage was slow to load and hosted small photos and lots of text. We agreed that it was a good idea use a carousel photo gallery that displayed large images on the home page and gallery page. I felt showing large, clear, self-rotating images of Jill’s work would speak louder to the audience rather than small images and an overload of text. While the new website still has the same amount of text and information, it is organized and spaced out in a way that is more pleasing to the eye, and brain!
The website was based on an existing template that I modified and tailored (or should I say hand-coded) to Jill’s vision. Enjoy and feel free to comment!

“Success is making those who believed in you look brilliant.” – Dharmesh Shah, CTO & Co-founder, HubSpot
Loved this project – had a few different versions and don’t think I can pick a fave. What do you think?
I am honored to say I was featured in this amazing podcast a couple of weeks ago! Although I wasn’t mentioned for my talents, I hope someday that will be the case – maybe even a guest host. Okay, I won’t get carried away! The cast is grounded by host, Wes McDowell (@wesmcdowell), owner of The Deep End Design Studio, and two of his designer-friends. During the hour-long show, they talk all things design – from dealing with customers, to up-and-coming design trends to how to deal with the business side of running a design business. I have never listened to an episode that wasn’t worth-while, it’s a great way to connect and learn with people who know what they are talking about. I’ve learned so much and will remain a loyal listener :) In this particular episode, they answer my “listener question” on how to deal with raising design rates with loyal clients. Check it out! and look them up! http://thedeependdesign.com/
